DanGuitars is based in the USA, proudly serving customers worldwide! Please see our standard shipping rates below and contact us with any questions.


UNITED STATES SHIPPING RATES

USPS Priority Mail

Parts & Small Accessories — $10 flat rate
Guitars & Cases — $50 flat rate

Please allow for an extra 5-10 days pre-shipping for parts, as we are often awaiting new inventory shipments.
If your part is in-stock the day of order, it will ship within 1-2 business days. Please inquire with any questions on shipping timeframes.

Once items are shipped, you will receive confirmation and tracking information for your order via the email address provided at the time of purchase.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING RATES

Please see your exact international shipping cost upon checkout, as this varies by country. All orders are shipped USPS via Priority Mail International or Global Express Guaranteed.

Returns & Exchanges

DanGuitars is the most trusted source for Danelectro since 2003. If you are ever unsatisfied with your order, please contact us and we will make it right.

Please notify us within 5 business days of delivery is there is an issue with your order. Email hello@danguitars.com, providing your order number and as many details as you can regarding the issue, and we will work with you on a return or exchange.

Our general RETURN POLICY FOR ALL PRODUCTS DUE TO NON-TECHNICAL ISSUES is as follows -

• If a guitar, part, or accessory (case, gig bag, or amp) needs to be returned due to a non-technical issue (preference, etc), we simply require you to cover the shipping cost to return it. If the guitar or accessory is returned in perfect condition, the customer will be refunded the full purchase amount, minus the initial cost of shipping to you. The refund will be processed once the product is received and inspected by our tech.
• If the condition of the product is any less than when we shipped it, then the credit back will be for an amount less than the original price, at our guitar tech's discretion. If the product is in terrible condition when returned, it will then be returned back to you to re-sell or keep, with no refund given by DanGuitars.
• If you wish to return a product due to preference, please contact us (hello@danguitars.com) BEFORE you ship it back and we will provide an RMA # that will need to be placed on the outside of the shipping carton along with the return address. The customer will be responsible for proper packing and shipping of the product, so as not to receive any damage in transit. The product should be packed as received and shipped via a carrier with tracking info. Please send the carrier and tracking info to hello@danguitars.com upon return shipment.

Our general RETURN POLICY FOR ALL PRODUCTS DUE TO TECHNICAL ISSUES or DAMAGE DURING TRANSIT is as follows -

• If a guitar, part, or accessory (case, gig bag, or amp) needs to be returned due to a technical issue or damage during transit, DanGuitars will cover the cost of shipping to and from the customer. If the guitar or accessory is returned in perfect condition, the customer will be refunded the full purchase amount.
• If the condition of the product is any less than when we shipped it, then the credit back will be for less than the original price, at our guitar tech's discretion. If the product is in terrible condition when returned, it will then be returned to you to re-sell or keep, with no refund given from DanGuitars.
• If you wish to return a faulty or damaged product, please contact us (email hello@danguitars.com) BEFORE you ship it back and we will provide an RMA # that will be placed on the outside of the shipping carton along with a pre-paid return address label. The customer will be responsible for proper packing and shipping of the product, so as not to receive any damage in transit. The product should be packed as received and shipped via a carrier with tracking info. Please send the carrier and tracking info to hello@danguitars.com upon return shipment.
